The variety belongs to the fiber flax group and is intended for industrial fiber production. During comparative trials, the variety demonstrated one of the highest fiber content indicators in the stem, averaging 26.6%.
The variety was bred in France as part of the breeding work of the Fontaine-Cany cooperative, which specializes in creating varieties adapted to the Pays de Caux region. Genetic material of Polish origin was used in the breeding.
