The variety is a winter oilseed flax. Plants have stems of medium or above-medium height and belong to the medium maturity group. The variety has satisfactory resistance to lodging and good winter hardiness indices, making it suitable for winter sowing.

The seeds of the variety contain a complex of biologically active compounds, including lignans such as secoisolariciresinol diglucoside, as well as phenols, flavonoids, proteins, and oil. The produce is intended for use in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries; furthermore, the variety is used in breeding as a donor of cold tolerance traits.
