The variety is intended primarily for creating ornamental meadow and parterre lawns, landscaping of residential and roadside areas, as well as sports grounds. It forms a dense, bright green turf with a well-developed root system.

The plant is characterized by rapid germination; seedlings appear 5–10 days after sowing. The variety possesses high adaptability to various climatic conditions, including moderately low temperatures, as well as resistance to frequent mowing and mechanical stress.
