The variety is diploid and possesses high nutritional value, while the dry matter content is higher than that of a number of tetraploid analogs. The heading date of the variety falls within the period from May 19 to May 23.

The variety is intended for establishing stands for a period of 12–18 months, focused on silage production and forage harvesting. The sward is suitable for winter grazing, and under intensive use, the variety is capable of providing a yield of over 20 tons of dry matter per hectare over 12 months.
