The variety is classified as Italian ryegrass possessing traits of an alternative type characteristic of Westerwold ryegrass. The plant is distinguished by an upright growth habit and a high rate of transition to the reproductive phase. When sown in spring, the variety provides a yield within six months with the possibility of two to three cuts.
The diploid type of the variety ensures an increased dry matter content in the green mass, which accelerates the drying process during haymaking and is effective for silage and haylage production. The variety demonstrates excellent resistance to lodging, which facilitates mechanized mowing.
The variety is intended for short-term use with a lifespan of less than one year. The recommended seeding rate is 25 kg per hectare.
