The variety was obtained through hybridization based on the varieties «Kameke» and «Barezna». The plant possesses very good regrowth ability and good disease resistance with medium winter hardiness.

The first cut is possible 50–55 days after sowing; 3 to 5 cuts can be performed per season. Dry matter yield reaches 11–12 t/ha, seed yield 1.0–1.5 t/ha. Can be used as a cover crop for perennial grasses.

The variety is undemanding to soils, but shows maximum productivity on cultivated sandy loam soils, improved peatlands, and cultivated grassy marshes. Recommended for creating grass mixtures with legumes.
