The variety is tetraploid, possesses large seeds, and has a vigorous growth type. It is characterized as late-maturing, demonstrating rapid spring growth and active regrowth after grazing.

The plant possesses high disease resistance, in particular, it shows low susceptibility to rust under high humidity conditions. It is intended for use as a forage crop and is suitable for silage harvesting and livestock grazing.
