The DS Euro variety is a tetraploid plant intended for the establishment of short-term meadows or pastures, either as a monoculture or in grass mixtures. The plant is distinguished by rapid germination, intensive development, and forms a bunch-type sod.

The variety possesses a good ability for regrowth after mowing. The crop adapts to various climatic conditions, except for extremely arid ones. It grows well on medium-density soils and calcareous soils, while it does not tolerate waterlogged and impermeable soils with standing water.
