The variety belongs to diploid (2n) types of Italian ryegrass. The plant is characterized by a very early maturity group.

In agricultural production, the variety is used as a component of forage grasses. Studies of the variety focused on determining forage quality indicators, including crude fiber and hemicellulose content at the first cut.
