The variety is diploid and is characterized by very early inflorescence emergence. Plant height varies from short to medium. The leaves in the year of sowing have a medium-green color, the flag leaf length is short, and the width is medium. The tendency to form inflorescences without vernalization is weakly expressed.

The variety forms dense herbage and develops rapidly in spring. It possesses high resistance to rust and snow mold and provides stable yields under various conditions. It is used as a forage crop for establishing pastures and forage lands, as well as a model organism in biotechnology.
