The variety was obtained from a breeding sample with the code RK-3. Its main purpose is the formation of a dense turf cover without gaps in the stand, which has a pronounced green color.

The plant is characterized by intensive regrowth after mowing. During testing, the first mowing was carried out at a stand height of 9–11 cm, and the average growth between cuts was about 6.5 cm.
