The Fanda variety is characterized by partial resistance to Puccinia coronata f. sp. lolii rust. Under peat-gley soil conditions, the variety exhibits resistance to water stress.

Studies show a high share of the variety in the grass stand when grown in mixtures with timothy grass and white clover, which indicates good survival and competitiveness of the plant. The variety is intended for the creation of pastures and forage lands.
