The variety is a diploid (2x) plant, forming a grass stand with medium-green leaves of moderate fineness. It possesses a high germination rate and the ability to create a dense sod. It is characterized by good wear tolerance and winter hardiness, while requiring regular irrigation during dry periods and not tolerating excessive waterlogging.
The variety is intended primarily for decorative and functional purposes. It is used in creating sports lawns, golf courses, and racetracks, as well as for recreational areas and overseeding of damaged sites. After mowing, it maintains a uniform green color.
