The variety is specialized for creating sports turf, including football pitches for winter games, and high-quality ornamental covers. A key feature is its high resistance to shading, which allows for its use in conditions where other varieties show poorer results.
The plant possesses a high capacity for recovery after trampling and forms a dense sward. The variety exhibits good resistance to the main diseases of turf grasses, in particular to rust, red thread, and leaf spot.
The breeding is focused on stand density and aesthetic indicators, rather than on the nutritional value or green mass yield characteristic of forage varieties.
