The variety is a diploid turf-type plant with narrow leaves that forms a dense sod. The plant has a medium-green color, high vigor, and good resistance to trampling.

The variety demonstrates high resistance to rust. Due to stable shoot density and fine-leaf texture, it is widely used as a component of professional grass seed mixtures.
