The variety is a tetraploid form, combining fine leaf texture with high coverage density. The plants form a dense dark green turf with a leaf blade width of 1–2 mm.

The variety is characterized by resistance to diseases, as well as to arid and cold weather conditions. Due to its moderate or slow growth rate, this variety is often used in professional and ornamental lawn grass mixtures.
