The variety is intended for professional and amateur grass mixtures. It possesses good resistance to trampling and intensive loads, typical for lawn varieties.

The plant belongs to low-growing forms, forms a dense grass stand and uniform cover. The variety is characterized by rapid regrowth after mowing and is suitable for mowing to a height of about 25 mm.
