The variety has a vegetative growth form ranging from medium to semi-prostrate. The leaves are characterized by narrow width and short length, as well as an intense dark green color, which they retain in spring. The variety shows high resistance to red thread.
Pyrus is intended for use in seed mixtures for universal and landscape lawns, as well as for areas with high operational loads, such as sports fields and high-traffic areas. The variety is not recommended for ornamental lawns.
