The variety is a tetraploid (4n) plant intended for the establishment of permanent pastures and forage lands. Characterized by high tolerance to grazing and frequent mowing.

Belongs to late-maturing varieties. Demonstrates resistance to rust infection, as well as the ability for active regrowth after use. The variety is distinguished by high turf density and is suitable for both grazing and haymaking.
