The variety is distinguished by high resistance to rust (Puccinia), gray leaf spot (Pyricularia grisea), rhizoctonia blight (Rhizoctonia solani), and red thread (Laetisaria fuciformis). It is used primarily for ornamental purposes, for parks, residential areas, and sports facilities.
