The Saila variety is a diploid form of perennial ryegrass, adapted for creating professional sports fields, including football and rugby pitches. The plant is characterized by high shoot density and is intended for regular mowing at a height of 10 to 40 mm.

The variety is distinguished by pronounced resistance to mechanical wear and the ability to effectively recover after intensive use. It possesses good immunity to a number of lawn diseases, including Fusarium and gray leaf spot. The primary qualities of the variety are turf durability and visual appeal.
