The variety is tetraploid, obtained as a result of colchicine treatment of the source material of the Cavia variety. By maturity group, it belongs to early varieties, starting heading only slightly earlier than the Lacerta variety.

The plant is distinguished by high productivity and good forage qualities. The variety possesses pronounced resistance to leaf diseases, in particular leaf spot, as well as high resistance to snow mold in lowland conditions.

This variety is intended for intensive forage production and is recommended for systems focused on obtaining quality forage.
