The variety is a tetraploid obtained by chromosome doubling based on the genetic material of the diploid variety TopHat 2 and experimental populations. Due to its tetraploid nature, the seeds have an increased size, which ensures high germination energy and rapid rooting even in cool conditions.
The plant possesses a powerful and deep root system, ensuring drought tolerance. The variety stands out for having the darkest deep green color among the company's varieties, demonstrates high winter hardiness and wear tolerance, as well as resistance to rust, red thread, and dollar spot.
Intended for professional amenity use, including sports fields, golf courses, parks, and private lawns. Due to its moderate turf density, it is well-suited for inclusion in seed mixtures with other grass species and is used for rapid overseeding.
