The variety is a tetraploid form characterized by large, succulent leaves. It is intended for the establishment of highly productive pastures and hayfields, and is also frequently included in mixtures for silage harvesting with an exploitation period of 3–4 years.
Under test conditions, the variety exhibits heading at the end of May. The produce is valued for its high nutritional value and silage feed quality, while the crop is classified exclusively as forage, not turf.
