The variety has an indeterminate growth type and is characterized by early development: on average, budding occurs 37.5 days after sowing. The plants have short lateral shoots and moderate foliage.

The seeds of the variety are low-alkaloid and are distinguished by a high crude protein content, amounting to approximately 37.6–38.4% calculated on a dry matter basis. The product is characterized by a good amino acid profile and high phosphorus content.

The variety is used in agriculture as a forage crop to replace soybean in swine and broiler diets.
