The tree has moderate vigor with an upright-spreading crown and a tendency towards biennial bearing. The variety shows good resistance to diseases such as scab, canker, and powdery mildew.

Fruits are large, round or round-conical in shape, often asymmetrical. The skin is greenish-yellow, sometimes with a blush and slight russeting. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, and juicy. The crop is harvested in October; the fruits retain their qualities in storage until April.
