The variety is a spur clone (short-internode mutant) of the Golden Delicious apple tree. The trees are characterized by restricted growth, which allows them to be used as semi-dwarf forms and provides greater crown compactness compared to the original variety.

The fruit of the variety does not differ in appearance or basic quality characteristics from the fruit of Golden Delicious. Cultivation of this apple type requires the use of agrotechnical fruit thinning techniques to control yield and ensure high product quality.
