The variety is a seedling and is maintained in collection samples. Genetically, it is a diploid variety with an S-allele set of S1/S16b. The tree forms flower buds primarily on old branches, the crown has good density, and yield is medium.

The harvesting period falls in the second half of September, and the fruits are suitable for consumption in September–October. The variety exhibits high resistance to scab, powdery mildew, and apple canker. The flavor of the fruits is characterized by slight sweetness, pronounced acidity, and a mild aroma.

The flesh of the fruits is very juicy, of medium density, prone to bruising upon impact, but does not brown when cut. The variety is intended for cultivation in home orchards; there is no data on industrial use.
