The tree is characterized by moderate vigor and an upright-spreading crown, forming spurs. The variety is prone to biennial bearing and demonstrates good resistance to scab, powdery mildew, and canker.

The round-conical fruits have yellow-green skin with a red-brown blush and grey-brown russeting. The flesh is greenish-white, tender, firm, and juicy. The variety is decorative during flowering due to its carmine buds and pink flowers.

The variety is versatile: fruits are used fresh, for culinary processing, and for juice production. Ripening occurs in mid-October; the fruits can be stored for 3 months or more.
