The variety is an autochthonous genetic resource from the Lazio and Campania regions. The tree possesses high growth vigor, an upright crown shape, good longevity and is undemanding to growing conditions.

Fruits are medium-sized, conical or elongated-conical in shape with thick waxy skin. The skin color changes from green to yellow upon ripening, the surface is covered with noticeable russet lenticels. Fruit flesh is white, harvest period falls in October.
