The variety has two versions of genetic origin: according to some data, it is the result of a cross between (Golden Delicious × Grive Rouge) × Florina, according to others — Florina × Granny Smith.

Fruits ripen in October, possess light yellowish flesh, and are characterized by good keeping quality. An adult tree has a crown width of up to 3.5 meters and a height of about 4 meters.

The plant possesses natural resistance to diseases, in particular to scab, and is characterized by relative undemandingness in care.
