Variety description

The variety is the result of breeding work by the Research Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice (Poland), aimed at increasing resistance to diseases. It was obtained by crossing the Gold Milenium and Šampion varieties and represents an independent genotype.
The main characteristic of the variety is high resistance to fire blight (Erwinia amylovora), confirmed by the absence of disease symptoms during artificial inoculation, as well as the presence of 10 resistance alleles. The fruits are large, bright red in color, and possess high taste qualities.
The genotype is used as promising material for breeding programs and commercial horticulture. At the current moment, information regarding the morphological traits of the mature tree or maturity group is limited.
