The apple variety Fischerovo is found in Czech and German pomological sources. Its first official description dates back to 1956 in Josef Seitz's work "Farbtafeln der Apfelsorten". In some materials, the variety is also mentioned in the context of Czech genetic resources.
The variety appears in studies devoted to apple genetic resources and the analysis of genes for resistance to scab and powdery mildew; however, exhaustive data on the presence of specific resistance genes in it are absent. Given its classification as an old variety, it is preserved primarily to maintain biological diversity.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
