Trees are characterized by moderately vigorous growth and are suitable for cultivation on dwarfing rootstocks. The variety requires annual pruning and fruit thinning due to a tendency towards biennial bearing. Trees are moderately susceptible to scab and powdery mildew, but susceptible to fire blight.

Fruits are large, round-conical, slightly ribbed at the calyx, with smooth skin and an intense solid blush. The flesh is cream-colored with a greenish tint, medium-grained, firm, juicy, and has a sweet-and-sour taste. Harvest maturity occurs in late September — early October; storage is possible until March–June.
