Trees have medium vigor, forming a spreading, eventually drooping canopy. The variety enters bearing relatively early, providing medium and regular yields. It is a good pollinator for other apple varieties.

Fruits weighing 112–147 g have a regular high-spherical shape. The smooth yellow skin is almost completely covered with a diffused red blush. The flesh is firm, juicy, with a pleasant sweetish aroma.

Harvesting is carried out in September. Fruits store until January, and in cold storage rooms until March. The variety is resistant to scab and powdery mildew, however, with late harvesting, manifestations of spotting characteristic of the «Jonathan» variety are possible.
