The tree is medium-sized; at a young age, the crown is broadly pyramidal, becoming rounded with age. Leaves are medium-sized, ovate or elliptical in shape, grey-green with crenate margins. Shoots are of medium thickness, brown-olive in color, and heavily pubescent.

The variety is early-summer, entering the bearing stage in the 3–5th year. Yield is high but is often of a biennial nature. Trees possess high winter hardiness and are moderately affected by scab. Fruits ripen in late July or early August.

Fruits are medium-sized, weighing 80–130 g, round-conical in shape with a characteristic longitudinal seam on the skin. The skin is thin, tender, greenish-yellow in color with a whitish bloom. The flesh is white, juicy, fine-grained, with a sweet-and-sour taste; when overripe, it becomes loose and mealy.
