The tree has a weak to moderate growth type, forming a bushy, upright crown. Plant height depends on the rootstock and varies from compact forms 2–3 meters tall to vigorous trees up to 8 meters.

The fruits are large, round, and sometimes slightly ribbed. Upon ripening, the skin turns from greenish-yellow to an intense lemon-yellow, occasionally with a brownish-red blush. The flesh is cream-white, juicy, and ranges from medium-firm to firm in consistency.

The variety is an autumn type: harvest maturity occurs in September–October, and consumer maturity lasts until January. The flavor of the fruits is sweet-and-sour, aromatic, and wine-like. The variety has universal use, suitable both for fresh consumption and culinary processing.
