The fruits of this variety are distinguished by a greenish-yellow skin with a reddish blush on the sun-exposed side and visible lenticels. Harvesting occurs in mid-October, and the fruits have the ability to keep for up to four months.

The tree is characterized by moderately vigorous growth and forms a vertically spreading crown. The variety is traditionally used for cooking due to the high taste quality of the purée.
