Variety description

The tree is characterized by medium vigor and a compact crown of medium density. The variety was obtained by crossing the 'Honeygold' variety and the hybrid form SR 0523, which carries the gene for scab immunity. The plant shows resistance to powdery mildew, European cancer and brown spot.

Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in the first to second ten-day period of September. The apples have a round-conical shape, a mass from 160 to 220 grams and thin shiny skin of golden-yellow color. The light-cream flesh is distinguished by juiciness, fine-grained structure and a sugar content in the range of 12–15 percent.

A dessert variety suitable for fresh consumption and processing. The fruits have good keeping quality, maintaining commercial properties in a refrigerator or cellar for 3–3.5 months.
