The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, especially at a young age, and forms a wide, flat or rounded crown. Fruits are usually large or very large, often flat or rounded in shape, sometimes irregular. The skin is dry, firm, and has characteristic bronze-brown russeting on a yellow-green background with a possible reddish blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, fine-grained, moderately juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste and a nutmeg aroma.

The harvest is collected from mid- to late October, consumer maturity begins from November or December, and the fruits can be stored until March. The variety is hardy but sensitive to dry soils and is not recommended for severe climatic conditions. It is characterized by high resistance to scab, but is prone to Nectria galligena and bitter pit. It is a triploid, is not suitable as a pollinator for other varieties, and is prone to biennial bearing.
