The variety is a mutant of the classic Golden Delicious apple tree, selected for its characteristic spur-type bearing. Trees are distinguished by reduced vigor compared to the standard variety, have a compact crown, and form fruiting structures along the entire length of the branches.

The fruits correspond to the characteristics of the parent variety: they have a yellow color, sometimes with a slight blush, juicy firm flesh, and a sweet taste with a characteristic aroma. The variety is a winter type and requires attention to cultivation practices, particularly pruning and crop thinning, due to a tendency toward overcropping.

Varieties in the Golden Delicious group can be susceptible to skin russeting under certain weather conditions. The plant requires good illumination and protection from wind.
