The growing period of the variety is 116–120 days. The plant reaches a height of 120 cm, has a semi-erect bush habit and a strong root system, which provides resistance to drought. The variety has low lodging susceptibility and good winter hardiness.
The variety is resistant to nematodes and fungal diseases, including Verticillium wilt and anthracnose. The produce is characterized by high protein content (about 22%) and good digestibility. Dry matter yield can reach 14–17 t/ha, and the period of productive use is up to 5 years.
The alfalfa has universal fodder application: it is used for obtaining green mass, preparing hay, haylage, and silage. The variety is suitable for both mowing and moderate grazing.
