The variety is tall, with a tender, stable stem and high leaf content. The onset of flowering is medium. The plant possesses good resistance to lodging, diseases, and pests. The root system penetrates to a depth of more than 4 meters, which ensures drought tolerance and efficient use of nutrients from deep soil layers.
Protein content is 17–19%. Depending on conditions, 3–4 cuts are provided per season. The variety is sensitive to soil acidity and develops better on neutral or slightly alkaline soils with a high calcium content. Not recommended for areas with a high groundwater level.
The purpose of the variety is the production of green fodder, hay, and haylage. When grown, it contributes to soil nitrogen enrichment. The recommended seeding rate is 20–25 kg/ha; sowing times are from March (spring) or from August (late summer).
