The variety belongs to dormancy group 4. Key features are excellent resistance to nematodes and the presence of resistance to anthracnose. The plant has very good lodging resistance, despite thin stems, which facilitates the harvesting process.
The variety is intended for forage purposes, including the production of haylage and hay. It provides a consistently high yield of high-quality forage with a protein content of 19–20% in dry matter.
