The variety is characterized by high resistance to Verticillium wilt and stem nematodes, which has led to its frequent use in crop improvement programs as a parental form or a reference standard during pathological and genetic tests.

In comparative studies, the variety showed lower resistance to low winter temperatures compared to a number of other standards. In scientific literature, data on the morphological characteristics of the variety is virtually absent; the main focus is placed on its genetic qualities.
