The inflorescences are small, urn-shaped, have a light shade with snow-white teeth along the edge, and possess a light aroma. The foliage is green, linear, and basal. The height of the peduncles varies from 15 to 25 cm.
The plant belongs to spring-flowering types; the flowering period is about 2–3 weeks between March and June, depending on the region. The variety is winter-hardy, resistant to lodging due to rigid peduncles, and is not susceptible to serious diseases and pest infestations.
It is used in landscape design for creating borders, decorating rock gardens, mass plantings, and container culture. It is also suitable for forcing and cutting, while retaining its freshness.
