Variety description

The variety is a selective breeding of the Muscari latifolium species. The plant is characterized by the presence of usually one wide leaf on the peduncle. A distinctive feature is the "frosty" effect due to the combination of fertile dark blue flowers in the lower part and sterile light-colored flowers in the upper part.

Plant height is from 15 to 25 cm. The flowering period occurs in early to mid-spring. The variety is capable of naturalization on well-drained soils, possesses resistance to rodents, and has a faint flower fragrance.
