The inflorescence of the variety has a distinct bicolor coloration: the upper part is characterized as porcelain-blue, and the lower part of the inflorescence possesses a darker shade with a smoky tint. The height of the flower stalk is 15–20 cm.

The flowering period of the plant occurs in April–May. The variety is winter-hardy, low-maintenance, and capable of easily naturalizing in the garden. It is used primarily as an ornamental garden plant.
