The variety has compact dimensions, reaching a height of 15–20 cm. A characteristic feature is the narrow strap-shaped green leaves and inflorescences with a gradient color transition: the dark blue color of the base lightens toward the apex, which is crowned with white "caps".

The flowering period occurs in April–May. The variety is winter-hardy, undemanding, resistant to rodent damage, and spreads well in the area. It has a pleasant fragrance and is suitable for cutting, planting in borders, rock gardens, containers, and for forcing.
