The plant reaches 15–20 cm in height and possesses narrow linear foliage of green color. The flowers are urn-shaped, and their coloration corresponds to the violetblauw 96C shade according to the KAVB classification.

The flowering period occurs in March–April. The variety prefers fertile, well-drained soil and grows well in both full sun and partial shade.
